Snow got you down? Are you tired of hearing about yet another storm coming our way? Take your mind off the weather and head on out for some much deserved fun. We've compiled a list of some great things to do, going on right now, in our beautiful state. Get out there!

1. How about some music?
On Mondays, March 2, 9, 16 and 23 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., immerse yourself in something new and experience rarely performed pieces in a leisurely, come- and-go atmosphere. Enjoy a few moments of musical inspiration or enrich yourself with a complete performance the choice is yours. March features Morton Feldman, For Christian Wolff, with Paula Robison on flute and Bruce Brubaker on piano and celeste.

The event will take place in the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum’s Calderwood Hall, located at 25 Evans Way, Boston, Mass. Tickets are required, which may be purchased in advance or at the door, and include Museum admission. Admission is $15 for adults; $12 for seniors, $5 for students with valid IDs; free for children 7 to 17; and youth age 7 and under are not admitted. 2. Learn to make pasta!
Always wanted to learn to make pasta? Join Powisset Cooks! for an exciting hands-on exploration in the kitchen where we will experiment with making ravioli and stuffing them with different combinations of farm fresh ingredients. Visit Powisset Farm and explore Powisset Cooks: a year-round program designed for people who love food and farming! If you’re excited to expand your palate and your cooking repertoire, we offer hands-on, interactive classes and workshops and casual Farm Dinners – all centered around seasonal food fresh from our fields and other local farms.

All are welcome and encouraged to roll up their sleeves and explore Powisset Farm from field to fork! Limited to 12 participants, so sign up quickly!

3. Come Paint at the Zoo!
You’ve heard the hype, now be a part of it at our Paint events at the Zoo! These instructor led workshops are designed to guide artists of all skill levels through creating artwork to be proudly displayed at home. The Zoo offers teen-friendly Paint Afternoons (ages 13+), and Wine and Paint Nights for adults (16+; wine for ages 21+ only). For $35, we’ll provide everything you need: canvas, paints, brushes, a smock and age-appropriate refreshments. Themes include peacocks, giraffes, red pandas, zebras, and barn owls!

4. Of All the Flowers: Song of the Middle Ages
Songs of astonishing lyricism and sensual beauty by 14th-century Italian and French masters including Machaut, Landini, and da Bologna performed by Boston Camerata's virtuoso musicians. The Boston Camerata (Anne Azéma, director) The constantly evolving and inventive musical minds of Italian and French masters during the fourteenth century has left us with repertoires, both sacred and secular, that successfully unite the search for new and different creative paths with astonishing lyricism and sensual beauty. In this specially commissioned program for MIT, you will hear music spanning the worlds of God and Man by the greatest composers of their day: Machaut, Landini, da Bologna, and others performed by Boston Camerata's virtuoso musicians.

5. St. Patrick's Day Parade – Dennis/Yarmouth, Cape Cod
The Cape Cod St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held in Dennis, Massachusetts will muster at 11:00am. at the Corner of School St, & Rte. 28, West Dennis.
